Privacy information

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Dropship Tool Check, operated by Hollydale27 Ltd, handles personal information. The current site is a static publication with no user accounts, checkout or contact form.

Who is responsible

Hollydale27 Ltd is responsible for this website and for decisions about personal information collected through it. Privacy questions may be sent using the details on the contact page.

Information collected automatically

When a website is visited, the hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect it. This can include an IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page and security events. These records may be used to operate the service, investigate errors, prevent abuse and maintain security.

Information provided directly

This site does not contain a contact form, newsletter registration, user account or purchase facility. If you choose to email Hollydale27 Ltd, the message will contain the address and information you provide. That information will be used to answer the inquiry, keep an appropriate business record and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site is configured to use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-PG6PHG89BZ, provided by Google, to count visits and page views. The site requests the Google tag after you choose Accept or when the page opens with a valid saved acceptance. Without either, the site’s consent script does not request the tag. The controls described here are defined in the site’s consent script.

The consent script sets analytics storage to denied initially and changes it to granted for an accepted choice. It sets advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization to denied; its Accept control changes only analytics storage. These statements describe the settings sent by this site’s script, not settings held in the Google Analytics administration account.

The script requests an analytics cookie lifetime of 365 days and automatic cookie-domain selection. Cookie expiry and the age of the saved consent answer are separate: the script checks the answer’s timestamp when a page initializes. Browser settings can block or remove cookies.

When browser storage is available, Accept or Reject saves your answer, the notice version and a timestamp in a local storage entry named dtc-analytics-consent. The site’s script uses that entry to read your choice; it sends a separate consent-state update to Google’s tag when that tag is loaded. An answer older than 365 days, from a different notice version, or with an invalid value or timestamp is ignored, not deleted, and the consent bar is shown again. A new answer overwrites the entry. You can also remove it through your browser’s site-data controls. If storage is unavailable, the answer cannot be saved for the next page. The entry is separate for each origin, so dropshiptoolcheck.com and www.dropshiptoolcheck.com each need their own current choice. A valid saved acceptance on either origin allows the tag to load there without another click.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom left of the page, then choose Reject to withdraw consent. The script records a rejected choice when storage is available, sets the Analytics disable flag for this page, sends an analytics-storage denial to the loaded tag, and attempts to delete accessible cookies whose names begin _ga at the site-root path. Browser permissions and cookie scope limit which cookies a page can delete. This does not erase data already sent or immediately change the state of pages already open in other tabs. Reload those pages to apply the saved rejection. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.

Affiliate tracking

Ad-marked Zendrop and Shopify links on this site route through Impact to the respective provider. Impact says its services use cookies and collect technical interaction information to attribute referrals and eligible actions, including purchases. Zendrop and Shopify describe their own cookies and tracking technologies. Read the Impact privacy policy, Zendrop privacy policy and Shopify privacy policy, checked October 5, 2026, for their explanations. This site's Analytics choice does not set preferences on those external services.

Ad-marked AutoDS sign-up links on this site go to AutoDS directly and include a referral identifier. The AutoDS privacy policy, checked October 5, 2026, describes technical and device data it collects and its use of cookies and similar technologies. This site's Analytics choice does not set preferences on AutoDS.

Opening a page with these links does not request an Impact or AutoDS tracking script. The site’s custom affiliate_click handler has an empty partner allowlist, so it currently records no affiliate-click events.

For that handler to record a click, the page must have started Analytics, the saved answer must still be granted, and the link must carry a partner value on the allowlist and point outside this site. Its event fields are the partner, the current page path and a placement label, not the destination URL. Ordinary editorial links without an allowlisted partner do not trigger this custom event. This describes the custom handler, not every event Google Analytics may collect.

Lawful reasons for processing

Technical logs may be processed for legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website. Inquiries may be processed to respond to a request, take steps connected with a potential business relationship, keep records or comply with legal duties. Information will not be used for an incompatible purpose without an appropriate basis.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, security, email and business administration. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. Personal information is not sold.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, the operator will seek to use services and safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the information.

Retention

Technical records are kept only as long as reasonably required for service operation, security and investigation. Business correspondence is retained according to its purpose, legal requirements and the need to maintain accurate records. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of personal information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Rights can be subject to exemptions and identity checks.

External websites

This website links to external sources and includes Shopify, Zendrop and AutoDS affiliate links. Those organizations control their own services and privacy practices. Review their information before providing personal data or creating an account.

Updates

This policy may change as the publication and its technical services develop. This is notice version 4, dated October 8, 2026. The version number changes whenever the wording of this notice changes, so a saved answer given under an earlier version is ignored and the consent bar is shown again. Material changes will be reflected on this page before affected features are introduced where practicable.
